After the fight, Wood made his intentions clear: he wants Patricio 'Pitbull' Freire next. The matchup has now been confirmed for UFC 327 on April 11 in Miami.

Freire (37-8) is a former three-time Bellator Featherweight Champion and one of the most decorated fighters in MMA history. Wood (20-6) will be looking to make the biggest statement of his career with a win over the Brazilian legend.
